1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not access the website or use any services.

2. APNA NIWAS Services and Policies

APNA NIWAS is a property listing site for property owners and agents.

• Property owners and buyers must pay 1% commission to APNA NIWAS in Delhi. Other states follow local commission rules.
• Agents must pay 10% of their brokerage to APNA NIWAS.
• Builders’ property commissions are decided through mutual agreement.

3. Insurance and Credit Point System

• Insurance services are available only for buyers who purchase directly through APNA NIWAS.
• Buyers using an external agent receive credit points instead of insurance.
• 1 credit point = ₹1,000 and can only be used for APNA NIWAS services.
• 500 credit points = 2-night Uttarakhand trip. 1000 points = 1-week trip.
• The trip is valid for a family of four (2 adults, 2 children).

4. Referral and Advertising Policies

• Referrers receive 10% of APNA NIWAS’s commission if the deal is successful.
• Property owners are charged half-month commission; tenants pay a full month’s rent.
• Builders or real estate firms can advertise on APNA NIWAS based on a mutual agreement.

Note: APNA NIWAS never demands money before any property deal.
